Calexander Bouwer, Guild master, It/its/they/them
Cal has been playing D&D and other tabletops for the past 14 years, with experience both in the player and DM seats. It has been working for the past several years as a DM for both adults and children, and loves to help bring unique and colorful characters to life.
It has been with the Carmine Collective for the past 2 years, starting as a player but swiftly moving up the ranks to help run the guild. It has put countless hours into keeping this community alive, and hopes to continue to dedicate its time into fostering a place where anyone of any oath or creed can come play games together.
Gareth Sick, Guild Master, He/Him
Gareth has been playing D&D for the last two years, and began DMing last year with the Carmine Collective. He started as a new player, unsure of the rules, but spent a lot of time learning and immersing himself in this new world he had found. He was curious to try DMing at the end of last year, and quickly fell in love not with the storytelling and acting involved. He worked hard to bring the community they were growing back up when we had some stumbles, and invested in its development. Because of that, when need arose, he was happy to become the latest member to join the ranks of Guild Master. He hopes to continue fostering an inclusive space, where everyone can feel like a hero, no matter what walk of life you came to the guild from. This community helped him feel whole and accepted, and he wants others to feel the same.
John Dieringer, Guild Master, ANY/aLL
helps lead this community of D&D enthusiasts, bringing fourteen years of play experience and thirteen years as a DM. John joined the guild three years ago and quickly rose to Guildmaster after just one year. Constantly being surprises by the players actions and decision-making, the goal is to craft a new story every month that will keep being talked about for years! From troll weddings to dragon slaying, we can't wait to see what happens next!
Dez Rodriguez, Guild HR/Superstar, She/her
Dez has been playing with the Carmine Collective since 2023. New to Oregon, she joined the guild in hopes of making friends and learning more about D&D. Now she serves as the Guild Event Organizer/HR/Social Media point of contact. Dez's goal is to ensure everyone feels safe, included, and has fun!
